Initially I applied on linked in back at the beginning of 2022, and the girl who replied was really nice and informative, explained the role in more detail, and invited me for the interview. When I turned up the girl was in the warehouse on her own, offered me a drink and apologised that the people hosting the interview were out at a meeting and running late. The men conducting the interview (I believe owners) were about 35 minutes late and looked like they'd come from a day out, it wasn't a nice first impression but they actually seemed very friendly and asked lots of questions, and eventually made me feel really at ease. However, towards the end of the interview it felt more like a gloat about the business and they said they'd be in touch, never heard anything back and the original girl I tried to contact to follow up after that never replied and changed company on linked in so clearly left. It was a very strange process, started very well, then negative, then questions were good, but the interview ended in a very strange way and no contact is never nice! Wouldn't recommend applying.
