I really enjoyed my interview process. I met with several people, and everyone was kind and informative. There were virtual and in-person options, and they were really flexible. They asked typical character questions, no "gotcha" questions.

The interview did not align with what the role was and there was no clarity for why the position was open and why the turnover happened, which seemed like a red flag to me.
