The Spa interview questions

A one on one chit-chat on your personal goals and why you wish to pursue massage therapy, followed by a hands on practical, massaging their lead therapist. The questions varied quite a bit, and are interpersonal. Not the typical "why do you want to work here" types of questions. I believe they are looking to find genuine and passionate therapists. Quality over quantity.

The interview process was very informal asked questions about myself and was looking for personality. Didn't really ask specific questions. After the interview was asked to come in for 4 hours (not paid) to do a mock training or "job shadow" to see if i could handle front desk and would still be interested in the job.
