The interview was okay, I was called back for paid training before being offered a job. After training, the job description was changed and when I asked to negotiate salary the job offer was rescinded. (45k a year with no benefits)

They didn't ask me much about myself, it was mostly about there company. After training I was asked what I thought about the software and ways to improve it.
