Phone interview followed by face to face interview with store manager. Store manager was pretty keen although the process itself was questionable. During the face to face interview I was introduced to other staff and I had the opportunity to see how the store was being run. Store manager didn't quite know how to fill out the interview forms so half of the time I had to assist her to complete the process. Slow response from the retail manager who was supposed to conduct an online screening interview (2 rounds). Unnecessarily complicated process for a simple job. I'm clearly overqualified but I have a passion for retail sales so I ended up working for another charity instead.
