A reasonable benefits package for a non-profit organization. Health, dental, matching RRSP program, Long Term Disability, Life Insurance. Can customize the package and portion of the Employee's premiums
The best thing is their employment assistance program, the worst may be the number of sick days allotted
Great package which includes paid vacation and health benefits.
RRSP employer matching, extended medical, EAP Extended medical benefits are ok, nothing over and above, although they could be worse.
Holiday, pensions, RRSP, generous sick day policy. Benefits is covered by employer if you are single. Decent benefits package with ability to upgrade.

The best thing about its benefits is the RRSP’s contributions. After your probationary period, the organization contributes with 6% of your annual earnings.
This company offered nothing for thier employers.
I did not receive a benefits package because I am a teenager working part time and quite frankly I don’t know what that is
