At first I thought my job as a recruiter at The Salvation Army was a great job for me but really they have never had a recruiter so I am basically building this job up, I have to go out to job fairs even on Saturday I felt like I was doing good my boss did a 90 day evaluation basically saying I wasn’t performing as he wishes and I’m honestly not happy any more and don’t get paid enough.. I think it’s time for me to look around for new opportunities. Someone help?!
