They are very business oriented ,each person has to go through a background check.then the go through a very through orientation , state there policy and terms of employment and salary,go through three dress codes, there working condishens all the way to earn ringing the bell .there very through and I have no problem with there employment practices .

Interview
The company is friendly especially during the interview process. The interviews were completed with the interviewer asking one question then each person at the table giving their responds. Each interviewee could hear other interviewee responds. Some of the questions were opened, I found the style of the questions useful, in sharing how I could benefit the company.
