The Radu Group interview questions

In the process of interviewing for the position, I haven't actually interviewed for the position until the following day. Nervous about the process. I am currently unaware of the process of what to expect for the requirements and compensation for the position because I cant work off of commission alone

As others have already described, the position advertised as "Entry Level Management" is in reality a commission-only insurance sales position. They will seemingly hire anyone, since the interview process is just a brief presentation trying to convince you to sign up. They did not ask any questions about experience or skills. They do not provide any benefits. If this is the kind of job you are pursuing, that is fine, but this company seems like they want to down play the business model that they actually use.
