I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Process Play (London, England) in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview process is simple, straight-forward, split in three stages. First stage is a friendly online call for the interviewer to explore applicant's personality and background. An introduction to the company and ServiceNow is also provided. Second stage is a technical interview, this time a second person (technical) is present to assess your understanding of what the company does, of what ServiceNow is, and your technical skills. The third stage is a face-to-face interview with one of the co-founders of the company, casual and friendly discussion to delve deeper into the candidate's fit to the company.
The interviewers have been very good, friendly and helped me get over being nervous. The interview process aligns with the culture The Process Play is promoting and living. I have been offered support throughout the process, with the possibility of getting in touch with the team at any point with any question I might have.
