The Interview process not stressful or strenuous, it ranks above it the same as any food and beverage position. Training is thorough over he course of many days but not repetitive as there are different roles.
You sit down with a manager and discuss work history, they ask basic work experience questions, and they give you an idea of what the job is like. You have a decent idea of if they will bring you on or not in the first interview. They do like to have you meet with all managers.

I walked in, asked for the manager, we sat down at a high-top, we chatted about me and he asked me basic questions. He then gave me a tour of the place.
