I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Pixel Shop (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Exchanged several emails, had multiple interviews in the office. I lost several hours of pay attending multiple interviews. I was not informed that I didn't get the position. The company just reposted the job online. They could have gotten back to me that I didn't get the position, extremely rude and unprofessional.
I researched the company online and looked for former employees. This place seems to have a high turn around rate, that's clearly a bad sign.

Question 1
What is my work flow, and how do I approach projects.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Pixel Shop
Interview
After exchanging emails, I met with a Coordinator and the Technical Director in-person. I was told after the interview they were still interviewing other candidates and I would hear back from them the following week (right!). As per the trend in today's job market, there was no follow up to inform me I didn't get the position. Totally unprofessional and rude!
