Interview
They clearly outline responsibilities expectations which are reasonable. They ask questions that test your knowledge and management skills. Clear answers, not round answers, satisfy them. Rather than someone who works hard, they want someone who works efficiently, uses their time well, and is responsible. They want someone responsible to take ownership of their job as if it were their own.
