Interview
I had an interview with a screener who checks dates when I worked at assorted locations and asked what I did at various jobs. Then there was an interview with a group as I was told the publishing team cross-trains as they publish content every day - even weekends and holidays so many employees know how to do the work as they work often.

Interview
Screening questions online. Then a series of interviews with different employees. A small company that values current experience over older experience. The explanation provided for the interviews is because the publishing work is interdependent and they publish long times during the day so different people work different times in different combos. Interesting company - the timing was off so I pulled out of it.
