I applied online. I interviewed at The Learning Agency
Interview
The interview process is unique. I applied for a position as Program Associate and didn't hear anything back for a while (not unusual). 6-8 weeks after my application, I received an email asking me to select a time for a 15 minute virtual screening interview to be conducted by one of the Program Managers. The interview felt somewhat robotic - it started with the interviewer jumping right in without even greeting me (which did not make for a very welcoming first impression). The interview consisted of "rapid fire" questions, a few minutes for me to ask questions and concluded with an explanation of what the rest of the interview process would look like. Candidates selected to move further in the process would be asked to complete a short project/assignment, have additional virtual interviews and the final candidate would be offered a short-term paid consulting position (~10 hrs/week) to ensure that the selected person was a good fit for the team. In total, I was advised the process could take 6-8 weeks.
