The interview process was self-explanatory with a group of employees asking me questions. There was about 6 people including some HR personnel. Some people were in the engineering team and others were assorted executives.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at The Jacobs Institute (Buffalo, NY) in Mar 2022
Interview
It was a smooth process consisting of 1 virtual interview (where you record yourself answering questions with unlimited attempts) and 1 in-person interview with higher-up team members. There was a technical aspect to the interview to test my skills on the spot.
