The initial interview was fine. The role hadn’t been defined but was willing to work with the applicant to get to an agreed upon role description. The final interview was uncomfortable as the interviewer commented on my “nice” appearance and asked “how I got so confident?” Highly inappropriate, uncomfortable, and made the decision of not pursuing further very easy.
