Poor follow-through on the interviewer's behalf. Indicating they would provide an email questionnaire to further evaluate skill levels, but nothing was provided. The interviewer did not provide a clear job description or expectations and there was no follow up. Not a company I am interested in working for.

Applied online, recieved an immediate reply for a face to face interview. Interview went well. I was requested to follow-up with availability for the following week for another face to face with the owner. I was also informed I could email with any follow-up questions I had.
I never recieved an reply to my questions or any updates on the other face to face interview. No more response was given after my first meeting. Very unprofessional.
She even took my information for a background check even before I recieved an offer.
