The Inn Collection Group interview questions

Sit down face-to-face interview discussing why you want to work in the role, any previous relevant experience, your interests/hobbies, and what you want to get out of the role. Was for the most part informal, with a couple of "Give an example of a time where you've had to: display good customer service, or overcome a challenging situation using your own initiative" type questions.
