Basically they just interview to see what you're like in person. You talk to one of the ASM's and the manager of the department you are planning to work in.

easy, straight forward. over the phone interview and offered position same day. asked questions about availability and office space to put equipment. asked about general customer service scenario questions. asked about dealing with difficult customers.
Everything went as expected. Wasn’t nervous at all . They follow up very quickly . Make sure to be yourself and answer with confidence! They made me feel as if I was already apart of the company
