Interview
I first received a phone interview by hr located in the main office in Toronto. She asked me basic interview questions. I then was brought in to interview with the department supervisor and she informed me hr would be contacting ALL of my references. She had said if they couldnt get a hold of them they would move on. After calling references i met with the stoee manager and was offered a position.
easy, straight forward. over the phone interview and offered position same day. asked questions about availability and office space to put equipment. asked about general customer service scenario questions. asked about dealing with difficult customers.
Everything went as expected. Wasn’t nervous at all . They follow up very quickly . Make sure to be yourself and answer with confidence! They made me feel as if I was already apart of the company

They asked standardized questions and used a standard skills assessments, had a diverse interview panel, and was transparent about the interview process. They emphasized upward mobility at the job and gave the candidate an opportunity to ask any questions they had
