Interview
The interview was done by some remote access center at their HQ. The lady then sent me to do a face to face with a manger in the store. They didn't ask too many personal questions but did have a very scripted packet of about 9 questions to ask. We then went out to the floor and the manager asked me to interact with one of their customers to see how II talked to people.

The interview process was very average to their competitors. They ask 4-6 questions and most are about managing a team and the environment you would expect to work in. I.E warehouse work and safety. Keep these things in mind when going into the interview.
