Interview
The interview process thus far has been very positive. Initially, I completed a one-on-one interview and took three, written, multiple choice tests. I was then contacted to interview with a regional operations manager and an Asset Protection Manager. Interviews have been very relevant to the position and all persons I encountered have been very professional. The process is not complete at this time.

Describe how you handled a loss prevention encounter as an associate.
Very structured question set. Not a lot of opportunity to have a back and forth" with the interviewers. Asked about pay range at the end of the interview. Told that the only time pay levels are discussed is if they offer you the job. When I asked about pay, the tone of the interview became extremely sour.

Interview
I applied online and received receive invitation to interview at the preferred Home Depot store face-to-face. Store Manager and district human resource representatives conducted the interview in private. Hiring personnel ask scripted interview questions further probing past experiences and personality traits.

Interview
The interview is based on feedback you provide on a store visit you make prior to the interview. The questions are based on describing your personal situation that apply to the question, the actions you took to handle the situation and the end result or resolution.
The company had a pre-screener, an over the phone interview. The hiring managers conducted an one on one interview. Finally, a placement fit interview with the location manager and HR manager.
