I applied online after seeing banners in the stores promoting employment opportunities. One day after I applied I received a message telling me to call a 1-866-xxx-xxxx number. I called and was directed to a staffing center associate who asked me 3 interview type questions and then said I may be hearing from them. One week later I received another phone message to call and was prompted to schedule an interview with extremely limited time slots. I arrived for the interview as scheduled, but the hiring manager was busy with other applicants so another departmental floor manager took control and interviewed me. He asked me one question and said I answered all the questions he was supposed to ask. We spent more than an hour talking about our past experiences in project management. I presume my interview experience was not typical.
