Interview
I was first contacted by the Talent Acquisition team to setup some time. This is a casual interaction to share prior experience and align on fundamental expectations of the role as an employer and as a candidate. If this goes well, then there is a first round of behavioral interview with possibly two leaders (usually right above the role you are applying for). Once you pass this you will have another interview with either the manager or stakeholders to identify if you are a fit for that role culturally as well as personality wise. Its a straight forward process and well established.

It went great. I was looking for another manager position and home depot was right around the corner from my house. I did not accept the job as I came across another great opportunity.

Multiple rounds. Hiring manager with structured interview guide, and peer-to-peer to assess fit. If you progress will interview w/ Director or Sr. Director of the team. If the role warrants it, for example some very analysis heavy, there will be a case study as well.
