The process was easy. First they explain what the job is. Second they start going around and asking questions. You have 30 min for the interview. Then, all you do is relax and go with the flow. The good thing was my interview was inside school compus, they started talking about the school and any upcoming tests.

Application and Assessment Recruiter Phone Interview Manager Phone Interview Then crickets. A simple phone call or email would be professional in letting a person know one way or another. Application is just sitting in pending status and no follow up after that.

Received a call 2 weeks after applying for the LTD III position. Basic personality and scenario questions asked. It took about 15 minutes to do the over the phone interview. The lady that I spoke with was very nice. She was in a different time zone so take that into consideration when scheduling a time for an interview because you may receive a call from a representative in a different time zone.
