ask you a bunch of questions, ask why you want to do the job and how your background separates you from other candidates. the interviewers were very dry and the conversation was very awkward
I had three friendly interviews. The hiring process was quick. I met with the recruiter, direct manager and their manager. I started less than a month after my initial interview. I tried to negotiate salary but was not successful.

Straight forward interview. They are open about their expectations regarding their current hybrid set up. You must to go the officee 3 days a week. Opportunity to meet your actual colleagues during the interview process.
