The interview process at Haebler Group was initially promising with a phone screening by the president. However, it became disorganized when the role changed unexpectedly during the second interview without prior communication, leaving me confused and disappointed. The lack of follow-up post the in-person interview further reflected a lack of professionalism.

One of the questions asked during the interview process was about my experience and skills relevant to the junior project manager position. However, given the sudden shift in the role during the second interview, it seemed like there was a disconnect between the hiring team about the position's requirements and responsibilities
During my experience, there was an unexpected shift in the role without prior notice, and I never received any communication about the status of my application after the in-person interview, which was disappointing
