Rigorous . Employer ask about what type of child you would prefer to work with. Schedule is very intense. Interviewer asked if you had experience working in the field. did you ever had a difficult child to work with how you handle difficult situation.
very simple and fast with no major issues. we talked about previous coffee making/ barista experience and prior customer service roles. nothing unusual happened and it was overall very straightforward.
