I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Energy Authority (Bellevue, WA) in May 2025
Interview
One phone screening with HR, one zoom interview with two current systems support specialists, one final interview with all systems support specialists and department head. The first was verifying that I understood the details of the position, the second was lightly technical and more of a soft skills check, third was mostly technical questions.

Interview
Panel Interview includes an industrial psychologist with the team. There are advance materials available and make sure you get them (I didn’t.) Expect the standard STAR format, they will ask general questions and instruct you not to support your answer at that moment. Strengths, weaknesses, how others describe you, how you describe yourself, have at least five of each prepared. Don’t be too frank on weaknesses, they ask but give no grace for being aware of your weaknesses and how you tackle them.

Interview
It was easy until the last interview which was very thorough. It wasn't difficult but definitely glad I prepared. Employers are very nice and seems like a great place to be.
