The Door interview questions

The interview was remote with a task manager and clinical supervisor. It went on for an hour. I am a recent graduate, so the questions were unexpected. Some of the questions were "What makes people poor?", "What does a strengths-based perspective look like to you?". And "Why shouldn't we hire you"?

I had a 30-minute phone interview with one of the coordinators because I was out of state in school. I was asked various questions about my interest in the hospitality industry and what experiences I had with boutique agencies.
