The Co-op interview questions

A group interview with fun activities and tasks to gauge your ability to work as a team and your personality with peers. This followed on with one on one interview and then reference checks as per usual.

Group interviews are generally run, sometimes with national manager present. If national manager is running interviews he will generally select candidates that “look cook & hip”. Otherwise it is dependent on the individual store manager to run the hiring process.
