Went into room in the back, a fairly casual interview and the manager didnt smile once or seem to listen to what i was saying. They got me to stand outside in the freezing cold with just a thin cardigan on, handing out coupons which doesnt show anything in my opinion.

Easy interview. Felt more like a conversation than being grilled on my resume. The manager asked me about my interests in the industry and my thoughts on skincare. I was asked behavioral questions as well.

Friendly, chatty, bubbly. Many questions about customer service, products, sales, teamwork, information about the company, previous jobs, and many things like that. The next day I think I received an email from them with a job offer.
