Submitted application online, got a phone call to interview at the store. Sat down in the food court of the mall and proceeded with interview. Manager was rather rude and snippy.

What would you say when a customer walks into the Body Shop?
Easy interview. Felt more like a conversation than being grilled on my resume. The manager asked me about my interests in the industry and my thoughts on skincare. I was asked behavioral questions as well.

Friendly, chatty, bubbly. Many questions about customer service, products, sales, teamwork, information about the company, previous jobs, and many things like that. The next day I think I received an email from them with a job offer.
