Applied through the careers section of their website, which included an assessment test. I was contacted by the District Manager about a week later and had a phone interview. She then set me up for an interview with a dm from another district and then with the regional manager.

Directly you can give interview to resional manager or area manager .HR round is just for formality only same did ,I have given interview to RM and elected in one day and two round after that hr done formality
