Interview
Assessment centre, was offered to go to one in Leeds on short notice which I declined then offered a different one in Manchester. Assessment day included a SWOT analysis of the store where we were being interviewed, group tasks including planning a new shop of our choosing and presenting it to the interviewers. Shop floor trial and individual competency based interviews including going over SWOT analysis of the store I was applying for.

1. Phone screen interview 2. In-person interview 3. Finally an in-person or virtual interview with District Manager 3 Interviews total. Included a shop floor trail to see how you would do when you are with customers.

Directly you can give interview to resional manager or area manager .HR round is just for formality only same did ,I have given interview to RM and elected in one day and two round after that hr done formality
