The interview was very quick and easy. Simple questions were asked such as education level, any experience in the sales business, any experience in commercial sales with window furnishings, previous experience, etc.
The interview process was very casual. Owner was extremely easy to talk to and very passionate about her company. Very interesting and growing business. She gave me a tour of the building and how they are organized. Very impressive company.
