We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the rescheduling and the delay on the interview day and we understand how frustrating it must have been to have the process disrupted and to be interviewed by someone other than the intended interviewer.
However, regarding the rest of your review, we must say that we do have a thorough recruitment process designed to ensure that we find the best candidates for our roles. This process may sometimes result in positions being reposted as we carefully evaluate all applicants. Please be assured that we are not the type of company that hires people simply to see how it goes or just to hope for the best. This is not feasible for us as a company but also unfair to candidates. Our goal is to make informed and thoughtful hiring decisions and over years of experience we have created a recruitment process that works for our candidates as well as for us. This process is essential as it also helps applicants decide whether the role is right for them and this is key for anyone seeking new employment. We find that our process whilst intensive is necessary as it ensures that the right candidates are selected for the job in a very competitive climate.
