I was called and scheduled an interview over the phone. When I showed up for the interview, I met with the Cash Supervisor and Assistant Manager. They took turn asking me about my previous customer service experience and my comfort level in providing assistance to customers who may need extra assistance.

Straightforward, friendly, positive. Two interviewees. A very casual conversation about related skills and professional goals. You should have experience in customer service and dealing with all types of clients and defusing difficult situations. Also, you should be knowledgeable about nutrition and care about inspiring and helping individuals live healthier lives.
