Interview
It was a group interview. If you’re white you won’t get hired. They asked everyone in a forum interview if they speak Cantonese, Mandarin because many of their customers can’t speak English
Submitted resume online. Had one in person interview with the typical basic questions and discussed availability. Interviewer/womenswear manager was very nice. Received a call offering the role after a couple of days.
The interview process was very quick and quite easy. The HR person asked me pretty generic sales and customer service questions. She also asked what department I would like to work on the sales floor.
