The BRIT School interview questions

Came in and was given tour of the school. Went into interview with HR, senior management and SENCo. Was asked questions scenario questions and questions about why I wanted the role, why this school, etc. After this was done did numeracy and literacy tests with other candidates. Was offered the role the following week.
