I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Amplify Agency (Philadelphia, PA) in Dec 2023
Interview
There were a number of things that concerned me about the interview process. To name a few, I didn't know the name of the person I was interviewing with until the interview began, and never actually emailed a person (admin acct. always). Additionally, many requirements were not listed transparently in the job description. For example, though I had applied for a listed position, it was discovered during the interview that everyone comes in as an Intern regardless of past experience. It also was not listed that there was a fair bit of travel required (1-3 days every week/every other week). And while that is not a turn off for me, I was confused as to why that wouldn't be stated outright. After the second round of interviews, I just didn't feel right so I ended up withdrawing my application.

Interview
It was a three interview process. First was a group interview with multiple other candidates. The second was a one on one interview over Zoom. The third was a phone call where they asked final questions and gave me the offer.

They did the interview quickly and ask you to fill out forms, it's a pyramid scheme and they want you selling faulty phones to people infront of supermarkets and senior homes. The Gen Mobile phones have terrible reviews and you get no base pay, only a small commision. Not worth it.
