Interview
It's the opposite of the normal process- they're trying to brainwash you into working there, even though sales doesn't require brainwashing- it's a very tough but highly rewarding job. You won't look at life the same after a pure commission job. They do tell you, now, that it's door to door through the hiring process, and pure commission. But they sweep over this by subtly hinting at huge average earning potentials which aren't remotely accurate. Its not an interview process but a recruiting process.
