Pros
The people on the team good learning opportunities
Cons
They expect all from you and make it up as they go along, a lot of the managers don’t know what they are doing. Toxic work culture at times. They promise you a lot and never go through with their promises

Pros
The highs are really high, you can make 2k+ over 2 days. The people you work with are very helpful and passionate. Everyone at TAG can climb up the ladder and become a manager, they just need to achieve enough sales.
Cons
The lows are low. Since the job is fully commission based, you can literally make 0. Management is a bit of a mess. The problem arises when all the managers they have are great at sales but have no experience managing.

Pros
The training was great, as was the people.
Cons
Commission based after the first 6 weeks, so you have to hussle.

Pros
You can thrive with the right management. Some people in this organization are amazing to work with and will help you succeed. If you stay in the lower level you have a better chance at making more money.
Cons
Some people in this organization can be difficult to work with. People get help back for unfair reasons often. Others get pushed forward for favouritism vs. sales numbers as they preach. Although you may seem to rise up fast if you are good at sales. You will hit the limit very fast. Most people who start to move up and deal with upper management seem to quit or are let go within less than 6 months. Even if they have been there for years. It sounds like there is a tight loop of upper management. If you do something to wrong this. You will no longer be working there one way or another.

Pros
I am extremely delighted to be part of The Acquisition Group! During my first week, I instantly felt included, supported, and valued. It is inspiring to be surrounded by people who have strong ability to persevere, bounce back from any setback, and succeed in achieving individual and team goals. Also, it is worth noting that this company instills a culture of equal opportunity for everyone regardless of their rank or position. The ethos present within our organization is one that fosters excellence and rewards hard work rather than hierarchy. This enablement encourages each of us to contribute to the company's success, unleash our potential, and thrive personally and professionally. With an absence of favoritism or discrimination based on ranks or any other factor, we feel empowered to excel in our roles, take initiative without feeling restricted, and collaborate within our team. Working here has not only enriched our skill sets but also allowed us to build meaningful relationships with colleagues who share a common drive for success. I am truly grateful for the rewarding experiences this company offers, making it an exceptional place for anyone passionate about professional growth, persistence, and grit.

Pros
I joined TAG 18 years ago, and over the years, I have experienced various departments and earned promotions to different positions. Throughout this journey, I have formed an extensive network of remarkable connections and experienced substantial personal and professional growth. The work environment is exceptional, surrounded by individuals who genuinely care about one another and the overall success of the company. These are the kind of people I aspire to be around, fostering continuous growth and considering some of them as my own family. The foundation of The Acquisition Group's excellence as a workplace lies in the caring, loyal, supportive, and dedicated individuals who embody hard work. It's evident that even after 18 years, I remain committed and eagerly anticipate many more years ahead.
Cons
So far, there are no drawbacks. I genuinely love my job and eagerly look forward to each workday.

- 4.0Sept 24, 2023Sales Development Representative (SDR)Former Employee, less than 1 year
Pros
The team is great to work with and puts a lot of effort into ensuring the success of each other. The managers are committed to providing constructive feedback at every possible opportunity and are always highly encouraging.
Cons
SDR's role consisted largely of cold calling, could potentially be beneficial to have more direct training for other required skills such as demo presentation delivery.

Pros
1.Numero Uno pro of working here is that I am my own boss. I can choose at what pace i want to grow my self. In about 1 year and 3 months I promoted myself twice from Junior Marketing Consultant to Senior Marketing Consultant and Now to Marketing Manager. 2.The environment is such that any body from any part of the world gets welcomed with open arms and adjusts very easily. 3. Since the last 1 year of inflation, this is the only company which guarantees me to earn uncapped commission, if I was working somewhere else i dont think that I would have been able to overcome my monthly expenses. 4. Unmatched perks and spiff. Since last 1 year I have travelled to all expense paid trips to MEXICO(twice), Vegas. They reward their high performers like anything. This is the thing that lets me work everyday 5. Last but not the least, the amount of support the higher management does for its employees is highly commendable
Cons
I hardly find any cons but at times long working is a concern but at the end of the week when I receive my pay check, that concern also vanishes
