WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THE HIRING PROCESS? 

STEP #1: CONNECT

First, we need to meet you. When you apply to join The Acquisition Group team, we’ll set up an in-person interview to make sure your goals and values align with our own. This isn’t an experience audit, and we won’t ask you all the same old questions. We want to get to know your personality and understand your drive. We look for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who like to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

STEP #2: TRAINING

Once we offer you a position at The Acquisition Group (and after you’ve celebrated your new beginning!), training begins. We offer comprehensive onboarding to ensure that you are confident and set up for success in your role. We choose our management team for their positive and helpful attitudes, and they will be there to mentor you, guide you and encourage you every step of the way.

 

STEP #3: GROWTH

    I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Acquisition Group (Victoria, BC) in February 2015.

    Interview

    I applied online and 2 days later I got a call. It was a pretty formal interview (I actually came under dressed). The HR Manager was so professional and nice. Most of the stuff we discussed was typical questions. Why this company. Skills. Long term goals. Just after the interview you'll be informed if you can make it through the second interview. I didn't go to the second interview though. I'm financially unstable so 100% commission based is not really the ideal thing. But if you want to improve yourself I really bet they can help. Interview questions are just fine.
