I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at The ABM Agency
Interview
Went through all 3 stages (1. Head of Strategy 2. Head of Ops 3. Founder). The Founder requested a secondary follow-up call (they were able to join the call, for personal reasons they said they weren't able to be present on the call and asked for a follow-up).
Follow-up times were sent to the Founder, no response. A follow-up was sent to the Head of Strategy, no response.

Question 1
Tell me know what you mean about ABM, and what activity have you had with 1:Few and 1:Many activations
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The ABM Agency in Dec 2024
Interview
Two weeks after I applied via LinkedIn, I was contacted by one of their Sr. Strategists. She was pleasant enough, but right from the start, her initial interview described a management position rather than what was posted in the job description. I admit I was also confused about their processes and who did what, but she went on at length about how impressive my background and portfolio was, even going as far as to tutor me on what to say to the owner when I talked to him, which I thought was odd. I did learn on that initial chat that the company offers zero benefits, there is no HR or traditional onboarding, and that most employees keep substantial side gigs going. As it would be for most applicants, this was disappointing for a full-time position. But she wanted me to talk to their creative director (who is an ex-pat living in South America) told me what to discuss (again, odd), so I chatted with him next. Nice guy, very honest about the origins of the company. Turns out, it grew from a sole proprietorship (the current owner) working alone for many years, gathering his ABM clients, eventually realizing he couldn't handle them alone anymore, then starting to hire people at a clip. So, because this was not a "company" from the get-go, there has been little to no structure and an inordinate amount of churn with many hirings and firings, plus the no-benefit problem. You'll see the word "chaotic" used by many posters here in their reviews of the company for that reason, as well as others. The bottom line is that this is a 17-year old company that is still operating like a green startup. So, if that appeals to you and you can find benefits on your own and you have a side-gig already, this might work. Oh, and I never met the owner. Interesting group. I wish them luck.

Question 1
They didn't really ask me anything about my job history at all, but talked about ABM extensively?
I applied online. I interviewed at The ABM Agency in Jul 2022
Interview
This occurred last year, July 2022. I was contacted on Linkedin by the President of the company that they were impressed by my background and asked me if I can give them time for a phone interview. I replied immediately and gave them some times that should've work. I never heard back after that.
