Very unprofessional interview experience at Thanksweb. I applied for a Performance Marketer role, but the interviewers didn’t ask any marketing-related questions about Meta Ads, Google Ads, or my experience. Communication was also uncomfortable as I spoke in English/Hindi while they continued speaking in Gujarati. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
