Tesco interview is a friendly, straightforward conversation focused on customer service and teamwork. Hiring managers typically ask scenario-based questions to assess how you handle fast-paced retail environments. Okay if slightly easy overall.
I applied online. I interviewed at Tesco (Helston, England) in Dec 2021
Interview
Asked what days I could work then three odd meaningless questions read off a script. The whole place turned out to be a joke though, from being lied to about pay to being accused of management's incompetence. 100% avoid

Question 1
How do I have a good work relationship with others I work with
Pretty fun. Seemed like it would be hard work, but I thought the people would be nice to work with. All in all professional and interesting. Would recommend it as a process
Straight forward enough. Just a bit of a chat with store manager. Lasted about 20 mins or so. Had a look round the store and I asked about what the shifts were and if I could do part time to fit round school.
