I applied through university. I interviewed at Tesco (Watford, East of England, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
Very efficient and well run. The expectations were clearly demonstrated, while feedback systems were quick to administer and in depth when understanding the positives and negatives of my performance. When completing the final stage of the assessment process, Tesco offered to pay for a hotel and dinner as well as travel to the office which went down very well. This is rare to offer at Graduate level and only improved my perception of the company as a whole.

Very horrible experience, AI marks the interview. No feedback, no people verifying the mark just an automatic rejection. Worst experience I have ever had. I wouldn't recommend at all. When I emailed back and asked if a person could please watch my interview I was dismissed.
