Interview was with the store manager who was very friendly. Lasted about 20 minutes, asked some warm up questions about your hobbies etc and then 4 main competency/ scenario based questions

Straight forward and joyful. The interviewer was nice and friendly. At the end his no verbal expression was more neutral and detached, making me realise I didn't get the role.

Interview
The interview was an enjoyable experience and not too difficult, definitely helps to draw on past experiences as this is what the questions are centred around. I found the interview to be quite relaxed and chilled as well, the interviewer was also really friendly and easy to get along with.
